Many thanks to Başak Hanım and Çiğdem Hanım for making my week-long vacation at Doğan Hotel wonderful. The hotel's location, rooms, restaurant, and especially the breakfast were excellent. A big thank you to Chef Mehmet for preparing such delicious breakfasts. This will definitely be my vacation destination again.
Thank you, I would never consider staying anywhere else. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the food is fantastic, the staff are friendly, everything is wonderful. Thank you.
By far the best and most beautiful hotel in Antalya. The staff is beyond friendly. Would come back here!
A magnificent boutique hotel nestled among bougainvillea in Kaleiçi. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by Ms. Çiğdem's warm smile and soothing tone, the reception staff, especially Mr. Serhat, were very sincere and friendly, and the cafeteria team's work ethic, particularly Mr. Ege's diligence and discipline, were commendable. We also greatly appreciated the hygiene of our stay. Thank you, Prana Resort Doğan Hotel Family...🤌👍💐
This hotel has the worst staff that I ever met. They do nothing good but saying plausible words. On the morning of our stay, a hotel staff member opened our room door without permission while my wife and I were still in bed. We looked directly at each other. It was extremely embarrassing and disturbing. What shocked me even more was that the staff member did not apologize at all — they simply closed the door and left. We complained to the front desk several times, but they only kept saying they would “report it” and “discipline the staff.” No real apology, no proper explanation, and no meaningful compensation. This was not a small mistake. It was a serious violation of privacy and made us feel unsafe in our own room. The attitude of the hotel was cold and irresponsible. I would never stay here again.
The hotel is more or less... They want money for everything, coffee, tea, and if you don't pay for it, you can't drink it... The administrator is not a pleasant woman; if you have questions, she won't resolve them in your favor... There are many downsides... And the fact that they respond to your review is a complete lie to cover up their terrible behavior towards guests!!! It's a shame we had to experience this for the first time and hopefully the last!!
