Truly, in a city like Antalya, which is a tourism hub, despite being in the heart of the city and close to the beach, the accommodation provided by Noa's is attentive and considerate. It offers an authentic and charming atmosphere, a sense of peace, cleanliness, and order. It's truly admirable. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏😇
The hotel is excellent in terms of design and location. Beyond that, my biggest problem was the refrigerator. As a diabetic, I couldn't keep my insulin cold. Since there's no freezer in the hotel, I couldn't freeze my ice pack either. Furthermore, the lighting in the rooms is terrible; it's very dark. There's no sound insulation. You can even hear the air conditioner in the room upstairs. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but not being able to keep my insulin cold in the Antalya heat ruined my entire vacation.
Hello, I want to share an honest review of this hotel. My family and I stayed at this wonderful place. I have never received so much attention and care from the staff. I was impressed by their care. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. The atmosphere was truly relaxing. We really enjoyed it!!
A beautiful, wonderful boutique hotel. The location is also very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Thank you.
Due to the hotel owner's negligence, the rooms were moldy and smelled of dampness, the ceiling plaster was peeling off, the sheets and pillows were disgusting, we couldn't sleep because of the itching, the shower heads were broken. It was absolutely beyond awful. I literally fled the hotel at 4 am.
This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. When we entered the room, there was an unbearably strong smell of mold and dampness. Despite airing the room for two hours, the smell persisted, triggering my chronic allergies and causing severe shortness of breath. When we approached the hotel manager to resolve the issue, instead of helping, he aggressively and rudely confronted us, saying, "Didn't you see it when you came in? I don't have another room," leaving us in a difficult situation. For our health and safety, we were forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Anyone who wants to pay for a terrible stay and risk their health should go ahead. I absolutely do not recommend it! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience of my life. When we entered the room, there was a heavy smell of mold and dampness that made it impossible to breathe. Despite airing the room for two hours, the smell didn't go away, which triggered my chronic allergies and caused severe shortness of breath. When we approached the hotel manager to resolve the issue, instead of helping, he literally lunged at us. He was extremely aggressive and rude, shouting, "Didn't you smell it when you checked in? I don't have any other rooms." We were forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night for the sake of our health and safety. If you want to pay to be mistreated and risk your health, go ahead. Absolutely NOT recommended!
The hotel lives up to the pictures.
