My guest stayed there and said it was clean and reliable.

It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. We stayed there for one night out of necessity. The headboard was covered in dried snot. There were cigarette burns everywhere, hair and fingernails in the sink. The balcony doors didn't lock, so I sat by my children's side all night and couldn't sleep. The sofa was unrecognizable under all the stains.

The lady at reception was very helpful, we didn't experience any problems. You can come with peace of mind.

I stayed at this hotel for about 20 days, and without exception, my room was cleaned every day. Anything that was missing was replenished daily. It's a hotel as comfortable as your own home, and everyone working there is very attentive.

They said there was a kitchen, but it was just a tiny electric stove. At least there was a friendly face at the entrance, etc. The cleanliness was 10/10, honestly, we only liked that and the location. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the old town, and the roads are very nice. Bus stops are a 3-4 minute walk away. I don't think it's great for the price; we've received better services for this price before. But if you just want to sleep, explore, and then sleep again, it's a great place.

The rooms are awful, not worth the price. A cat got into the room through the window, couldn't find anything to eat, and came back out. The air conditioner turns on erratically, and the water heater keeps tripping. It's not worth the money.

The only problem we had was the air conditioning, but otherwise it was a very nice place. The air conditioner was faulty, sometimes it would work, sometimes it would stop, but it wasn't a big deal, the weather was nice anyway.

They were all very nice and friendly people, I thank them all.

We are very pleased and will definitely stay again. Yes, the apartment has a few shortcomings, but all the staff, from reception to cleaning, are extremely helpful. I especially want to thank Ms. Serap, the housekeeping staff member; she immediately addresses and resolves all issues. The apartment is very reasonably priced; it's definitely worth staying here.
