We thought, "We're only staying one night, how bad could it be?" and rented a 2+1 room for two families, but unfortunately, it was an absolute disaster. This is an establishment that the Ministry of Culture and Tourism urgently needs to address. I deeply regret ignoring the reviews; they were worse than described, not less. Hygiene, cleanliness, comfort, and service were all zero. The toilet had no window. There was no refrigerator. The television didn't work, the air conditioners didn't work, they were just acting as fans. The kitchen utensils – glasses and pans – were in disgusting condition. They used the bottom of a bed frame as an extra bed; when we asked for a mattress, they said they didn't have one. They couldn't even provide a clothes drying rack; they said they didn't have that either. I don't even know where to begin. If you dare, you can choose this place...

Don't stay too dirty.

I've never seen a dirtier hotel in my life. The sofas were unbelievably dirty, the trash cans contained other people's trash, the kitchen utensils were filthy, they said there was a refrigerator but there wasn't, and even if there had been, it would have been unusable because it was so dirty. I think there were other people's blankets in the refrigerator. The toilet had a glass door, but it was broken, so everyone has to lock themselves in their rooms to use the toilet. The location isn't bad. Honestly, it's better not to come here at all.

For me, the most important criterion in a hotel is cleanliness, and this hotel far exceeded my expectations. When we entered the room, there was a wonderful smell, and the sheets and towels were spotless. The bathroom and toilet hygiene was impeccable. Room cleaning was done regularly every day. Common areas were also constantly disinfected and kept clean. Those who value hygiene can choose this hotel without hesitation.

The rooms are old but have everything you'd expect in an apartment style; they're large and comfortable, but the water heater is dangerous as it leaks water, and the floors look dirty.
