Seven City Hotel

Thanks to Seven City Hotel, I was able to stay comfortably in the center of Antalya for a month. I would like to thank Mr. Deniz, Mr. Recep, Mr. Murat, and Mr. Ali for their helpful approach at the reception; and Ms. Gülsüm for her assistance with the laundry service.

We chose this hotel for our weekend stay and were very pleased. The staff were attentive from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and tidy.

It was a truly awful night. The room was filthy, with dirty socks from the previous customer, dirty walls, a blurry bed, and a broken toilet seat. I will never go there again and I do not recommend it, especially not to families with children. Really :(

It can be a good option if the price is right.

We stayed at this hotel for eight nights. First, the positive aspects: The location is very central, the staff are consistently friendly, and the price is reasonable overall. Unfortunately, there were also some significant issues: Our room wasn't really clean, just barely acceptable. In our opinion, breakfast is not worth the effort. Furthermore, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear practically everything from the neighboring rooms. The balcony door was drafty and could only be closed properly with considerable force. It also couldn't be locked, meaning a neighbor could theoretically access the room via the balcony. While the area seems relatively safe overall, this is a clear problem. Particularly concerning: After we asked for the room to be cleaned, we returned to find that the door hadn't been properly closed. Theoretically, anyone could have entered. Overall, we believe the hotel management clearly needs to invest in this area.

A bit run-down, some parts quite old-fashioned, only two staff members were friendly, the walls are very thin, everything is very noisy – you can hear everything except conversations in the hallway and the next room. The TV in the hallway was on every day; it was very disturbing as I couldn't sleep because of the noise. They were constantly smoking in the toilet and on the balcony, so the smoke seeped into my room. Supposedly a non-smoking hotel but it's not. In conclusion, I am not 100% satisfied. My advice: If you are looking for a non-smoking and quiet hotel, this is not for you.
