I see a lot of reviews about the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, but - there was not a single hint of friendliness here! The hostess at the reception did not even say hello in response to our greeting) in addition, the expression on her face was, to put it mildly, appreciative and extremely dissatisfied, the guests probably do not even deserve a greeting here, what can we say about friendliness. For the location + (city center, architectural monuments), but to at least find the right entrance to the hotel, you still have to try) No instructions, the reception is on the 4th floor, to which the path lies through endless stairs. That is, keep in mind that if you have a large suitcase or a lot of luggage with you, you will have to sweat a lot to carry everything upstairs, and do not expect help. Of the pluses - clean and tidy rooms with everything you need, but cold. Because of such "friendliness", we will not go here again, unpleasant emotions and residue, a feeling of discomfort remain.

I visited Lviv on the weekend, stayed in a junior suite! I really liked it: the rooms are clean; soft, comfortable mattresses on the bed, a warm blanket - a wonderful sleep! Friendly and hospitable staff with great attention and care! Prices are reasonable! Thank you! We will come back next time!

Overall, clean, nice. It's clear that the renovation is not the first freshness. We checked in late at night, not a very pleasant young lady was at the reception. Of the minuses - the lack of an elevator. If you have luggage, it's difficult to climb the wooden stairs.

I stayed here recently and absolutely loved the location — right in the historic centre, with lots of lovely local cafés just steps away. The hotel has a small rooftop terrace with a stunning view, especially at sunset — perfect for a quiet moment. Inside, it’s full of that distinct Lviv elegance — warm wooden touches and thoughtful details that give it a quiet, noble charm. While cleanliness could’ve been a touch better, the overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the receptionist made a lovely first impression.

A good hotel with welcoming staff and a great location, but not exactly spotlessly clean; there's dust in the corners and on some surfaces. But the view of the town hall and the location outweigh all the negatives, and the price is right for the quality—an ideal choice in terms of price, quality, and location, even though it doesn't claim to be a five-star hotel.
