Busy Sunday but we were found a table really quickly. The food here is excellent value. Sunday roasts are 5 star.

Absolutely stunning location of you like history and pubs. The rooms are old but well kept. And the one we stayed in had a lovely boom in the bathroom to sit and read. Since its an old building at least the rooms e stayed in was not really soundproof to the street but that was clear to me when I booked it so only don't be surprised afterwards. Food is absolutely amazing with a large selection of vegetarian options. And the pub is amazing.
