About this place Bristol Pride

Bristol Pride is the not-for-profit charity behind the city's flagship LGBTQ+ celebration. Its free community parade gathers each July at Castle Park before the main ticketed festival on The Downs, drawing tens of thousands of people for music, cabaret, family activities and political campaigning. Beyond the summer festival the organisation runs year-round events, the Queer Vision film strand and community fundraising, and works with venues across the Old Market village and city centre.

I had the fish and chips. The fish was dry and tasteless. The coating on the fish came off easily and was tasteless. Nothing wrong with my taste buds as other foods this week have been great. I think the chef might need to look at what is coming out of the kitchen. ``the chips were OK but nothing special. Peas OK, would like more salad bits. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and overall very good. `Maybe I'll come back...and try something else.

Found the Bristol Trader after visiting Haverfordwest's Priory, which is just up the road. We were there for Sunday lunch (one veggie, one pork). Food and service were top notch. Great selection of beers too. Would highly recommend. Particularly switched on to veggie, vegan and gluten free options. Well done to all the staff.

After looking for a place in Haverfordwest to eat we came across The Bristol Trader. We arrived later in the evening and managed to order our meals before the kitchen closed. We were not rushed and the staff were helpful and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious and portion sizes were just right. The location was lovely just down by the quayside and with good parking. If I was ever in Haverfordwest again I would definitely head for this little gem.

Nice location. Beer garden at the front overlooking the river! Didn’t catch the barmaids name but she was ever so friendly. Good choice of beers and wines. Thanks all!

Whilst driving home from our camping trip, we needed a lunch spot and chanced it on the Bristol trader. And what an utterly superb choice it was! We received the warmest welcome and everything was dealt with the biggest most genuine smiles. The staff are brilliant - friendly, attention to detail, and you could see they took so much pride in their work. The food was utterly delicious. It’s in a great location and easy to park. We will certainly be returning when passing through this way again.
