Absolutely love this store. I can honestly say it is my favourite, I always find what I like at other stories, great staff helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. See you soon.

Poor customer service - standards have gone completely down since its opening. - You are now often left waiting at the till whilst the sales assistants ignore you - If you call to reserve an item and then collect in store, you will find that they have reserved the incorrect item, despite clarifying the desired item (including product number) several times Very disappointing service given the customer service in previous years and the price of the items

Faulty jeans bought in Oxford on a weekend away. Tried returning in my local store and by contacting customer services via email. Apparently the only way they will help is by returning to the original store in Oxford which would cost me £££. Terrible customer service and poor quality jeans.

Really big store and nice layout. Nothings cramped together and the fitting rooms are fab. Curtains that actually close the full way! Staff were really nice too and there’s loads of sizes in store

Big store with great variety and quality

They always have a simple and fashionable selection of items. Bring in any unwanted socks or clothes and get a discount.

Expensive but good quality. Removed one star because staff just left me alone for a good 20 minutes trying some shoes on and didn’t even check back on me in case I needed to try another size. Other than that, very attentive.
