We recently stayed here for 3 nights on a "spring escape" for my boyfriend's birthday and it was honestly one of the best trips ever. I was apprehensive after reading some reviews, especially after how much money had been spent but in hindsight I had no reason to be. Everything was just perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were lovely, we stayed in a Junior suite and had no complaints - the bed was so comfy and the room was cleaned daily. We dined in the Falls Brasserie the first night and the whole experience was amazing. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. We were served by Ram who was just brilliant at her job. The following 2 nights we dined in the Mizu pan Asian restaurant and this was our favourite. I wish we had an even longer stay to try everything on the menu! Again, the service was faultless. We had a 2 hour slot in the Falls spa on each day of our stay and it was perfect. The spa staff, like everyone else at the hotel, were so friendly and attentive. I liked how the whole spa was cleaned down between each slot. Every aspect was fabulous, the heated loungers were lush. The views from the outdoor pool were beautiful and we often enjoyed them with a delicious cocktail from the bar located in the spa. On our last full day, we had treatments booked and these were the cherry on top. I was seen by Chloe and I had one of the best massages ever. The whole stay was just perfect and when we got home we were already talking about going back. You won't be disappointed!

Stunning room over looking the lake - beautiful decor, spacious and very clean. Had a fridge, tea, coffee, robes etc The spa was very clean and relaxing- I was surprised thare was no welcome drink included though. Afternoon Tea - absolutely beautiful, wonderful restaurant with views over the lake and good service. However, its the only afternoon tea I have ever been to where you dont get offered more tea or coffee during the 2 hour booking.... A little disappointing. We did get to take any leftovers with us which was good. The evening meal in the Mizu restaurant was delicious. Food came very quickly, was very fresh and good service. Breakfast - good selection. Hot food made to order. Overall we enjoyed our stay in a beautiful location. Drinks are a little expensive, but its to be expected in such a lovely hotel.

Amazing Place, went to the spa and restaurant. Spa was really nice but Busy, and food was amazing but over priced. Service was impeccable. However the whole place was too expensive, even for the good service.
