Quarter 25
Many visitors praise the bar staff for being quick and friendly, contributing to a good atmosphere and music. However, a significant number of complaints revolve around the venue's policies, including the refusal to provide free tap water, the expense and lack of variety in drinks, and issues with cleanliness in the toilets. Some also report that the venue is often closed despite advertised opening times.

Tried to come on a Monday CLOSED
Bro is not open on Mondays
Only been once and that’s enough. Too many negatives and not a lot of positives. Here we go with the negs; no tap water available (you have to buy a bottle), no diet drinks/mixers, drinks expensive and sub-par, bar staff slow (I gave up waiting and sat back down), bloke at bar ignored people waiting to be served, do not accept cash, no toilet paper, no hot water for hand washing, WC area messy and I went in early on, venue small (apparently not enough sales so we were moved from original area to smaller one), not enough seating, over the top security (checked bags on arrival then a pat down when through the door (although with knife crime maybe better to be safe than sorry or maybe a lot of drugs are used in the venue or maybe peeps smuggle in their own drinks too avoid the venue’s bar area - who knows), security staff in hi-vis right next to us while we’re trying to dance and lastly we brought tickets for their Halloween event; one spooky song played (Thriller), no Halloween decorations in sight and no spooky vibe whatsoever. Good job people really went all out dressing up in great outfits or you would never guess it was meant to be a themed night. Very dark setting and too many rave-type tracks, after all it is a 30+ disco). I did not see confetti explosions or giveaways (considering they don’t give you tap water or loo roll I doubt they’d give any freebies) but light show was decent. I will not visit again and do not recommend.
Will claim they’re open on their website, and web page. then will be closed when u turn up💀💀 it’s be nice if u guys edited the actual times ur open
Came from Newcastle to attend Neeli night and was shocked that they wouldn’t give me any tap water unless I bought a £2 bottle. I even mentioned that it’s a legal requirement for licensed venues to provide free drinking water, but the staff just said they could “give me a glass” and that I could fill it from the toilet pipe. Honestly, that’s not acceptable. It’s unhygienic and completely misses the point. Clubs that serve alcohol should care about their customers’ wellbeing and follow basic rules.
bar staff are amazing and the vibes are immaculate
Amazing bar staff! Great service and music always hits. Big venue with two floors and good vibes
