Emma was truely fantastic! Great service and ensured we wanted for nothing! I would definitely say that she made the stay great!

Great location, really convenient. Attached pub is a good place to get some food and drink. Emma behind the bar was awesome and really friendly.

Came here for a quick meal, food was lovely cooked by Demi and Toni also came very quickly. Service was amazing by Emma and the coors tasted amazing!! Definitely recommend having some food here can’t wait to come back

Real life red carpet engineered experience

Had a family room. Like the fact the price is the same regardless of how many stay. Shower was a bit temperamental but worked. Had a cooked breakfast the next morning which was cooked lovely. Only downside was the server didn't know which sausage was meat or vegetarian.

A short walk from the railway station, this hotel has excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was a pleasant temperature and clean. I booked well in advance so got a great price.

Emma ,Viva and Mtl from Leicester Forest East were so helpful, polite. They were amazing and we received good customer service.

The experience with Toni at reception was disappointing. We found her communication rude. A little more kindness and customer care would have made a big difference to our stay. We had also requested room service, but this wasn’t followed through, which was frustrating. Kindly spare a good 30 minutes for the elevator , as they are dead slow !!!!
