Cove - Paradise Street, Liverpool ONE

I had a lovely stay at the cove this weekend. The staff were super helpful at checking in and kind and chatty, the rooms were exactly like pictured with tons of room and clean. I loved the location as it meant there were tons of nearby food places, clothes shops, etc. I’d highly recommend staying here for the great price and location also to mention it’s a nice switch up from the standard bed and bathroom hotels.

A hidden gem. So central with amazing views (our apartment anyway). Very friendly staff and clean.

We stayed for one night, the staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and checkout. Car park very secure. Apartment was nice, clean and fresh the only thing I could say it would benefit is a dressing table/mirror in the bedroom. There was no mirrors located in the right place to be able to dry/straighten my hair. The showerscreen wasn't quite big enough and the floor did get very wet, but if these are the only faults I can pick then it proves it is a great place and good value for money, even better was only a 5 minute walk back from the arena after our gig. Thank you and we will be staying again for our next trip to Liverpool

I've been staying at this hotel for four years and it's always been excellent, but this time the receptionist was incredibly rude. We checked into our apartment and asked someone to put our bags on the trolley and bring them to the entrance. Her response was disgraceful and awful. She didn't apologize or say no; on the contrary, she told us to go and do it ourselves. Secondly, I asked her to change our apartment because it didn't have a view of the city center, and she agreed. The next day, she took us to an apartment with a terrible view of the air conditioning, and it was even smaller than ours. I said I'd stick with our current apartment because what's the point of changing it if it's for the worse? But she refused and insisted we move to the new one, even deactivating our card access to our apartment to force us to go. In conclusion, this experience has erased all my good memories of the hotel.

Disadvantages: - Rooms are cleaned only weekly. - The surrounding streets and pedestrians are noisy. - There is no soundproofing in the rooms. - There is no air conditioning in the rooms. - The hotel entrance is not clearly marked or easily identifiable, resembling an emergency exit, and the reception staff did not answer the doorbell, as happened to us during check-in. Then, the decision is yours whether or not to stay here. Overall, it's a suitable option. Stayed 20-22nd room far too hot fan was rubbish and not suffice. Location perfect Check in great and pleasant staff Sofa bed no bedding in room had to ask for it. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Would stay at the premier in next time I think.

It’s way too hot in the summer. I couldn’t breathe. I booked 3 nights, spent the 1st at the property & the 2nd in a hotel & then just checked out before the last night. Please do something about it because the fan simply does not suffice.
