Malacuna Liverpool

A very pleasant surprise; I thought it would be worse for such a low price. The hotel is located in a beautiful, historic building. The double room was quite large by British standards, with a large, spacious bathroom. There was also a well-equipped kitchen downstairs. The room was aesthetically pleasing, with a comfortable mattress and towels changed every two days. The only downside was that it was quite warm in the room and the heating couldn't be turned down.

Great location but the rooms and service leaves a bit to wish for. Toilet was broken, could not give us a new room until we stood up and demanded one. We booked two "bigger" rooms but got two small ones. No airflow in the rooms and windows could not be opened. The highlight was the chef who was nice and served a tasty breakfast.

The price is very high for the deposit, the location is bad and inflexible, they don't accept cash, and booking is only through the app and online payment only. 💆🏻‍♂️

This hotel is in the city center which is great. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are within the standard for the price. There is still room for improvement. The cleanliness of the room was okay. I will definitely visit this place again😊

No ventilation in the room, we were sweating. Toilet was out of order and bathrooms were dirty. Beds were comfortable. Apparently keycards are not for your room only but can open all doors so we had a crazy guy in our room screaming and he went into other rooms as well.

Great place to stay for younger people and students in a dormitory style. Cheap, clean and comfortable. I recommend if you don't mind sharing sleeping space and bathroom facilities.
