Very good

Just checked out of this place, over all the stay was good i found the bed comfortable and the staff so friendly and helpful. the hotel is close to the city and anfield which was the reason for visiting. there was a few bits that made me question the price such as the heater wasn’t working. the carpet wasn’t hoovered and didn’t smell pleasant. the tap you had to hold in place to twist, toilet seat had no lid or toilet brush, the walls were damp and you could hear everything at night. however overall i would probably stay again just a case of a few repairs and a freshen up!

Stayed here for one night and was woken up by a water leak from an exposed hole in the ceiling. No refund given, not even a response. Definitely avoid

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly professional—they went above and beyond to help us with everything, far more than we could have expected. The location is perfect, with easy access to the town and Anfield Stadium. The hotel itself is very cosy and beautifully decorated, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. The only small downside was that there isn’t a restaurant on site, but it really wasn’t an issue—we ordered takeaway and were kindly allowed to eat in both the bar and our room, which many hotels don’t allow. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My confirmed booking was cancelled the day before my arrival, leaving me scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff refused to let me speak to a manager and offered no proper explanation or support. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Cancelling a booking with almost no notice and then refusing to escalate the issue shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here if you expect reliable service.

This place is fantastic value for money. Rooms are great size, large tvs and a bar that stays open late. It is quiet and staff can't do enough to help you. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in area.

Friendly, clean and comfortable

Even 1 star is too much. It is a joke of a 'hotel'. Take all your money and rude and unprofessional service. Do not stay in this hotel. Rude receptionist. Dirty corridors, dirty rooms. Uncomfortable beds and not made beds at all. And if you are lucky to be in the basement no windows at all. Felt very unsafe, as loads of people where trying to get into my room. Horrible experience.

Great hotel really good location

What a joke of a 'hotel' that is. No organisation and overcharging you all the time for no service given.

Beautiful rooms absolutely spotless. Staff so helpful and friendly. Definitely will be staying again .
