The Castle Collection Apartments

Located in a great location. We were in flat 12. The room was clean. The room has terrible harsh lighting and no lamps. No additional, pillows provided. Noise from the street, alley or birds all night long. Big bed with a seam in the middle. So take that all into consideration. If I was told I'd be back in flat 12, I would pass.

Stayed at one of their other sites on Castle street and this was my experience: Found black mould on the towels, had already been there one night and just asked to checkout early and not be charged for the remaining nights of my stay. Was told that they’d give me new towels, but if i left then they’d still charge me the full amount and i wouldn’t get any refund. I explained how black mould is a contaminant and ‘new towels’ don’t get rid of the bacteria that emits off it. they said that they would send someone out in 20 minutes, an hour later someone rocks up with new towels, gives them to me and walks away with barely a word said. i called back and they said well we gave you new towels so that’s all we’re doing. if you leave we’ll keep your money. left immediately and now trying to sort through booking.com. absolutely appalling, never stay here.

Stopped there over my birthday had a fabulous time, absolutely cannot fault them at all, great customer service , only round the corner from central and the docks and smooth and easy check in/out . Deposit was sent back the day after our stay ended. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who is going

Fantastic apartment at a bargain price right in the centre of Liverpool. Yes it’s a little noisy but that’s the price paid for the location. Clean, spacious and presentable.

Absolutely stunning building with just as stunning modern apartments with everything you will need for any length of stay. Amazing location, just a short walk to mathew street where you will find a row of pubs filled with live music and an amazing atmosphere. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby also. We loved every minute of our stay and took advantage of the late check out option that's available.

Great place to stay. Only 2 things let it down. TV couldn’t get normal channels and druggies sat off in door way when coming back after a night out
