Ye Olde Rose & Crown is a Greene King pub on Crooms Hill, next to Greenwich Theatre and a few minutes from Greenwich Park and the Cutty Sark DLR. It looks like an ordinary chain pub, but it has been a gay pub since the late 1980s, and Travel Gay and Gay London Life list it for its drag and cabaret, which runs most nights. It opens from 16:00 on weekdays and midday at weekends, until 00:30 on Friday and Saturday. The George & Dragon on Blackheath Hill and the Lord Clyde in Deptford make a south-east London crawl.
