I stayed at Saint Christopher’s Inn and unfortunately experienced what appeared to be a bed bug infestation in my room. I documented the issue with photos/videos and reported it to staff, but I was disappointed with the response and refund handling. I would strongly recommend future guests inspect rooms carefully upon arrival.

Stayed the night before the London marathon and it was cheap and cheerful. Room was a bit too hot but it was only for one night

The rooms are standard and it's in a good location. However, one of the male managers was so rude. He's been passive aggressive every time I've gone. Last time I went I let my female friend in just so she wasn't in the pub on her own, whilst I get my bag. The man said "You're lucky I don't kick you out". Really awful way to be spoken too. The locatin is convenient, It's such a shame that he has spoiled it.

Cheap, clean bathrooms, great location but comes with all the usual issues of staying at a hostel.

In the rooms there are no hooks, no hangers, no shelves. Literally nowhere to put your clothes, phones and glasses. The lockers have no locks, so they are useless. Reading lights do not work. One of the most uncomfortable rooms I've stayed in. Breakfast is more expensive than advertised. The common room is neglected and absolutely disgusting. The check-in lady was nice, but the checkout guy was horrible. The only positive thing is the location.
