Very large sauna, with a unique entrance because it's inside a cave; I think it's under a train station. The price is a bit high, but it's well-organized. Slippers and a very small towel are included.

My favourite sauna in London to go wind down and relax. The jacuzzi is big and spacious. Sauna is too and very clean. The rooms are a bit cold but it's because i suppose they're a bit underground. Lovely staff and always have a wonderfully chat with them as he's always welcoming and easygoing. I also love socialising with people here and the fact that you could go have a smoke outside in the garden area instead of outside the building. Highly recommend.

We visited Pleasuredrome Sauna today and overall had a pleasant visit. The venue itself is very nice and has a really good atmosphere, with plenty of potential to make the experience even better. One thing we found a little surprising was that cabins are charged separately. Having visited many saunas over the years, this is not something we’ve personally come across before. It might perhaps work better to include the cabins in the overall price and increase the entrance fee slightly instead — for example by around £5. The wet areas at times had a noticeable smell, and the jacuzzi water did not seem quite as clean as we would have expected during our visit. The food could also be improved slightly, as the chips we ordered were soft and still a bit frozen in the middle. On a positive note, the staff were very welcoming when we arrived, and throughout the day it was clear that the team were making a genuine effort to keep the sauna clean and tidy, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed parts of our visit and feel the venue has great potential. With a few small improvements, it could be an even better experience.

Overpriced for what it is. It’s more of a bar than a bathhouse. All standing and posing and very little playing. Not worth the time or money.

Visited yesterday for the first time and I had quite good experience. Friendly staff, clean facilities. The crowd wasn't the biggest but I got what I came for. Good thing I ignored the 1* reviews. Would definitely recommend,

A good sauna in London, very CLEAN (that's important). Just a stone's throw from Waterloo Station! The place isn't huge, but it's well laid out. On weekends (apparently), you're searched at the entrance (to prevent suspicious or dangerous products/items!?). The changing rooms are practical and spotless. You go downstairs to large, well-maintained communal showers at a good temperature. Then there's a nice little bar (you pay immediately, not when you leave the sauna, whether you're drinking alcohol or not), a few lounge chairs, a large jacuzzi and a dry sauna, and the option to book a massage for an extra charge. There's also a room showing gay adult films, another dry sauna (darker than the other), a small, somewhat dark room, and a small hammam (it gets very crowded even with a maximum of 6 or 7 people) with just the right amount of blue lighting. In a higher section, there are a few cabins for rent for a few hours (in addition to the entrance fee). Five to seven cabins, spread across both ends, have a "window" through which you can pass a limb :)) (another section of this area was inaccessible due to renovations when I visited this week!). It's a real shame that (almost?) all of these free cabins don't lock (the locks are missing or broken!). (The other sauna in town is more central and larger, but well, and above all, less clean).

Worst bathhouse in London. Please stay away! The staff are extraordinarily rude. All they are there for is to extort monies out of customers. The Ac nerve works properly or hadn’t worked for at two years. Half the cabin were not in use when I visited and yet you’re charged the full price. The cabin fee for the private rooms are too expensive. My towel was stolen when I went to the shower room and yet Pablo refused to give me another towel. I had to pay an additional two pounds. There is no WiFI. Absolute no value for money. I hope this saner goes into administration and closes down. I’d score it a 0 if I Could.

The sauna itself is good, but I paid for a pair of very bad slippers, the slippers don't have non-slip and I almost fell inside the sauna, I went back to the reception I made a complaint and the employee said he couldn't do anything because they were all like that and they wouldn't make any kind of refund. Slippers that compromise safety and generate risk to customers should not be "sold", they need to improve and ensure the safety of their customers!

Visiting London: okay place. But what’s going on with the cashiers? About as warm as a parking meter and just as helpful. Quick bit of advice—if basic politeness feels like overtime, stacking shelves or flipping burgers might be more your speed. Great city, questionable welcome.
