I had a very disturbing experience at New York Crispy. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude, not only towards customers but also towards delivery drivers. While I was there, a delivery driver came to collect an order, and the staff member at the till started abusing him and told him to leave the shop, refusing to hand over the delivery. It was shocking and uncomfortable to witness such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. No customer expects to see this kind of treatment in any establishment. The person standing at the till was responsible for all of this, and it reflects very poorly on the management and overall service. This needs to be taken seriously, as such behavior is completely unacceptable. I hope strict action is taken to ensure that both customers and delivery drivers are treated with basic respect in the future.

dont bother! managers will literally harass you to buy drinks and if you don't they'll kick you out! uncomfortable experience to say the least

Awful safeguarding and awful security. An incident occurred tonight which was terribly mismanaged which happened between gays Will not patronise this place again by knowing there are lgbt people there that are bullying other lgbt people

My friend was racially profiled by the door man and wouldn’t let her in , village is supposed to be all inclusive but I can see from other reviews on here this is a common theme with the bouncer ! Management need to take accountability of these reviews and do something about it!!
