Great and clean Hotel. Very good location and room size is superb. Bus stop and Tram are available nearby.

l checked in for a two night stay on the may bank holiday. I was solo but felt very safe and comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. A special mention to Josh on reception who was exceptional also to Yupin in the restaurant, a really kind and friendly person. In fact all the staff were so nice, it made my stay more enjoyable as I was celebrating my birthday. Thanks to you all for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is centrally located and it is a short walk to shopping malls, museums and cafes. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with lots of good food and a great atmosphere. The staff are very helpful in ordering taxis or anything else you might need. Neat and clean rooms in a good standard and adapter for charging! If we are going to Manchester, this is the hotel we use.

Excellent service by Thai staff in the restaurant.

Great location, but inflexible staff. We were a group of colleagues who travelled for a meeting in Manchester, but unfortunately scattered across several hotels. Some understanding can go a long way to the hotel experience. I was provided with the "accessible" room, which alone isn't an issue but made the bathroom a bit awkward to use. Every door closing made a loud bang that carried into the room which started me a few times through the night. Breakfast was nothing special, the same breakfast buffet every other hotel will offer. The high price tag demanded for those who do not include breakfast is not justified.
