My favorite place for Pub Meal in the centre of Manchester. The Kitchen staff are the best, the food is excellent. Was in a rush today but the staff were able to serve me my meal in time for my appoitment.

Booked 2 rooms for a bank holiday break to celebrate some anniversaries, huge shout out to Jasmin for the seamless check in and kind upgrade of both our rooms and to Zack who was on reception in the evening for help navigating to our room and beeing so cheery and helpful. The hotel is in an old character building and rooms are above the bar, so some noise was expected but was quiet by midnight both nights we stayed room 33 is big with 6 picture windows which in the bank holiday head make the room very warm the only thing I suggest is if you have this room you need more than the 1 fan that's in there as it is stifling. The staff from the housekeeping to reception and bar staff are the jewel in this hotel and we will stay again.
