I was charged £3.47 for a service charge when I went to the bar to order my drinks.????? I didn't notice when i paid my bill l. Food was mediocre also. GO ELSEWHERE.

Some what disappointed in the service. Arrived at 19.00 and most tables were reserved so no where to sit and there was 6 in our party. Asked a member of staff behind the bar for one of the cocktails on offer and asked do we have a table. I said we will sit near the top of the stairs because all the tables were reserved and empty. He moved away to what I thought serve us only to witness him serve someone else. So we left the building

Every visit has been wonderful, the food naturally is flawless, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The staff are so thoughtful and attentive but not overbearing, somehow they have struck the balance perfectly. Its the most comfortable place in Manchester for a gorgeous meal in style
