Kasrthhi is amazing he made my drink with less syrup but it was amazing my favourite starbucks and deffo best person to make your drink

I order 2 lot of flowers today for mother's day. It's the first 1 without her. And this is what I got delivered. It was meant to be special. But absolutely outraged with this. How can a mistake like this happen. Very disappointed...

Toilets are appalling, all out of order except disabled. Filthy dirty. No cafe anymore so I expect they think people will just put up with it. Don’t think I will shop in there again!

Absolutely shocking. Id been invited for a job interview 9.30am but then i was told the manager stuck in the bicester due to short staffed by an old colleague of mine who works there on the shop floor. I then received an email from the manager called Mia claiming she couldn't get hold of me at weekend cos of my invalid number. Why hadn't she emailed me at the weekend saying she had to reschedule my interview?! Full lies after lies from the travel money manager. Sadly I had to take a day off work from my current job for the interview so what a complete waste of time. Such dishonest and very disorganised environment is very disappointing to me. Though my skills suit her job perfectly!

This was the first time and last time using Sainsbury’s and after this visit I shall never use Sainsbury’s again staff were very very very rude the store was dirty and no staff to help… staff were down isles in small groups talking about there wonderful social life …. Very unprofessional definitely the worst shop I have ever shopped there in….

Nice large, well kept shop with lots of choice in food, household and fashion and all very good value for money. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and it makes shopping more enjoyable

Really lovely supermarket with lots of choice, special offers and very helpful staff. They have cash point facilities and an area where you can get holiday money. They also have key cutting, dry cleaning and a Specsavers in store. Upstairs they have a lovely cafe area with lift access. Upstairs they also have maths and English lessons for children.

My wife popped to our local Sainsbury's to get a couple of last minute items for dinner for the family. She arrived 5mins before the closing time, only to be told they were closing soon and that nobody would be let into the store. This would've been frustrating for us but there was also a mother with her young baby needing to just pop in to get formula. Only for her to be told the same thing and advised to find a pharmacy that would be open!! This is just awful. I'm disgusted by the level of incompetence and the complete disregard of another humans needs. The fact that people were outside BEFORE the closing time stated on the website is unacceptable.

Popped in for Breakfast following an early appointment at the Churchill... Good service, Good menu, good food and a very good price... 10/10 folks.

normally the food and service is excellent except for my visit to the cafe on saturday the 9th had to ask for the table to be cleaned from previous occupant when the meal arrived the batter on the fish was so overcooked it was inedable very disappointing as on previous visits the service and food is excellent

Ah, big shop to choose from lots of lots of different products.Clothes and it also have an argos in house

Been getting my Friday/Saturday shopping here for absolute years. Seen it change so much but it's a great store with Argos added on, TU clothing, as well. Plenty of stock and good staff 👍

Same as most supermarkets but more expensive fuel than usual

Staff were cheerful and helpful. Store looked clean and tidy and well stocked too with everything we needed in stock. Shame Sainsburys is the most expensive supermarket there is. Lindt choc bars and my fave crisps are more expensive here than any where else

Love Sainsbury's. Best shopping experience ever. Easy to find items and reasonable prices
