We booked a suite for work however the decor was lacking and the carpets the dirtiest I’ve ever seen - it was very basic and cold ! The heating didn’t seem to be working and there was a heater to plug in that smelt so I dare not use it . The breakfast service was delightful , Freya was very amenable
