Very helpfull reception staff

Very pleasant staff and nice rooms. Got everything you need pillows were a little hard but that's personal preference. Really good value for money 🌟

Look, it's a Premier Inn, you get what you pay for. So, as a budget stop, it's a 5 star experience. Sally on breakfast was lovely, there was a breakfast buffet, the room was clean and it's on a town centre(ish) location.

We have stayed in many Premier inns and this is by far the best. The rooms have all been upgraded to a really fabulous standard and the restaurant and breakfast is great. The staff are very accommodating, especially Tiina who makes you feel welcome and has good advice on things to do in the city. Thanks for a great stay that even has parking on site

Rooms were nice however a bit hot ac didn’t do much, no room service but breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Wifi VERY slow.

Lovely staff, clean spacious room, great location, visited with son to look at the uni, this premier inn was close by. Restaurant was great too, lovely dinner and breakfast.

Stayed here a few times, large hotel and good quality. Ideally located, reasonably priced. 9th floor window a little drafty around the rim so maintenance needed, but didn't feel the draft as the heating was exceptional (just noticed whilst looking)

Very good value. Room was modern, fresh and clean, very comfortable bed. Good parking at a reasonable rate for a city centre location.
