Disappointing Experience at Holiday Inn I have long held Holiday Inn in high regard as a reliable choice during my travels, but a recent experience has left me reconsidering my loyalty. During a visit, a woman in urgent need of the restroom was denied access. While I appreciate that some establishments reserve facilities for paying customers, this was clearly a situation that called for empathy and discretion. We were fully prepared to make a purchase had that been requested, but instead were met with a dismissive and unkind response from staff. The lack of consideration in what was evidently an emergency was deeply disappointing. Instances like this are not only disheartening—they reflect poorly on the values of customer care and compassion. I hope this feedback prompts reflection and improvement. Regrettably, I will not be using Holiday Inn again moving forward.
