Quest Alice Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (mid-December 2025). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and adequately equipped for the two nights we were there. The pool was clean and the water temperature was pleasant. The center of Alice Springs was easily accessible on foot. The airport was also easily reachable by taxi.

I love quests. The only problem with this one is that even with the doors and windows closed, quite a few mosquitoes still come in from I don't know where.

Queen Mattress looked 20 yrs old, was ripped to shreds and stained, covered by a single ? underlay, with double ? bed sheets that couldn’t be tucked in, so by morning you was actually sleeping on the filthy mattress, have photos to prove what I am saying. Rooms definitely need upgrading. Staff were great and rooms cleaned daily. Pool could do with some TLC also.

Had a great time here

Very safe and secure. While aspects of our one bed apartment were looking a little bit tired, overall it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. (Including our own laundry). The staff were all exceptionally pleasant and helpful. It was perfect for self catering in Alice Springs.

Great value, good friendly people 😁 perfect location loved my time here
