went there after a guy on Grindr recommended it to me but they don't admit trans dudes. The most annoying part is that they don't say this on their website. if that's your policy, at least be up front about it.

During my visit today, I was physically assaulted by an intoxicated regular customer in one of the rooms. ​The most shocking part was the staff's reaction. I explicitly complained about the individual's behavior, but nothing was done to remove the person or de-escalate the situation. They prioritized a 'regular' over the safety of other guests. Proceed with extreme caution.

I find some of the reviews about this facility and their service outrageous, especially considering that I have personally seen regular cleaning being carried out several times throughout the day. The facility itself is very well equipped. Unfortunately, some clients seem to have a different perception of hygiene and leave the rooms dirty after using them, expecting the staff to clean after each individual use. The receptionists have always been welcoming and kind. The steam room works really well, and I find the whole experience very relaxing. Adding a good massage service would truly be the strawberry on top of the cake. I also appreciate the discreet variety of drinks available, including some international soft drinks which I found very nice. On two occasions I tried their cakes, which were fresh, tasty, and honestly better than anything I’ve had for breakfast as a sweet treat around the area. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. I believe we have in Brisbane a little diamond to be proud of, even when compared to what is offered in Sydney and Melbourne.

Facilities are five-star, but the customer quality is one-star (I only stayed for 40 minutes on Tuesday noon).

This was the first all male sauna I have ever been to. I went Wednesday, 2 days ago at around 5pm. Although nervious and not knowing what to expect, I had an incredible time. The Staff was really friendly, the place was clean, and I received plenty of attention from men of all ages, who on the whole were polite, friendly and repectful of my limits. Thete was around 30 guys there when I visited. Although I prefered to play out in the open, I could see the rooms were clean, each with a plentiful supply of condoms and lube. Tomorrows Saturday, so Im thinking I may head back to relive the experience!

Wet handled their laundry issues today and could still provide minimal towels, they were working on half capacity, stress levels were high but they handle it. Thanks Wet

Went for the first time On a Sunday found the entry staff one was quite rude but was no issue, found the whole place nice, I had never been to a place like this and wa sneer outs went with a mate his first time, locker room is clean, I went and cruised and enjoy it I found everyone was respectful probably because I’m an older male but with my friend who was younger he told them no and it was no, enjoy the private room wirh my friend and others found the only issue is if you don’t lock the door immidiately guys try to barge in to join you, but the pa was nice snd the steam room, only issue is I found people grabbing my towel abut the staff replaced them and it wasn’t an issue, the bar is cheap as well if you want to go judt to cuddle up and watch a movie, all in all thank you WET I have already started to promote it to my mates and friends we may all come In a group who doesn’t love an orgy

Updated 09/06/25 I started coming here quite often at the end of 2023. As with most things, it can be hit and miss and depends entirely on personal preferences. Sundays are super busy early afternoon with the highest chance to find what you're looking for or at least get some good eye candy. During the day midweek, it's typically quiet, and you can sometimes stretch out and relax. You can't relax too much, however, as you will likely quickly get approached by older men who will invade your personal space and ignore your body language. The showers seem to have water temperature and pressure issues. They often run out of clean towels, forcing you to continue to use your towel without replacement once theyre soaking wet and dirty from being used to avoid contact with the beds or prevent slipping on the slimy floors in the private rooms, which can leave you dealing with conjunctivitis (pink eye) from what was meant to be a good time. You do unfortunately have to deal with some creepy behaviour with people following you around, even when you give no indication of interest or straight up say "no thanks" and continue to get groped by typically older men. No means no! Maybe need some signage about body language alongside the current consent signage. They implemented a basic system to identify what you're there for. Wear your locker key around your: wrist if you Top, upper arm if you're Vers or ankle if your Btm. There is no way to identify Side or just relaxing. There is not much advertising for this, however, so most people aren't aware, and you still end up with 2 tops in a private room for a sword fight. Perhaps they could kill 2 birds with 1 stone and buy some new towels of different colours to solve the issue of running out of towels AND allow for you to select a towel to display your preferences. It's super frustrating arriving 30mins before they open and the carpark already full, potentially by people visiting other businesses. Too many lazy locals driving in when they're 5 mins away by foot or public transport.😤 I find most of the team super friendly and helpful. I personally find the place too dark in general (excluding the dark maze which is obviously meant to be super dark.) As a visual person, id love to actually be able to see the guy im hooking up with in a private room. I also found that after getting some repairs last year, the steam room and sauna are too hot for me to stay in for more than a couple minutes, reducing my ability to enjoy the spa facilities in the absence of hookup opportunities, as such ive been coming and enjoying my visits less, resulting in a lower star rating for the review.

I don’t understand why people just give 1 star. This place is underrated. 3.5 star is not fair for the boss. This place is clean, and everything should be good enough. I don’t think the customer service is bad
