The Heritage Darwin

We stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The place is very calm and comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Nick at the reception. He was amazing, very welcoming, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His kindness really made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Had to go to the other Hotel to check in and get keys to the room at 4 pm in the afternoon. After a long day, not impressed. The other hotel was another unpleasant experience, waiting to be served. When I rang to complain, I said I would never go there again, and the person on the phone was very indifferent. So little to no Customer Service, and had better things to do, like make excuses.

Very shady hotel!!

I have screenshots of comments posted by the two owners themselves on their own establishment in order to artificially increase the Google rating, as well as those from staff members commenting on the page. I also have proof, with screenshots to back it up, that you amused yourselves by marking the establishment as "temporarily closed" in order to prevent former clients from posting their reviews. I hope this comment will not be deleted like the previous ones. Former clients have finally decided to speak out to denounce the same situation that I experienced. Too bad for you: I kept all the screenshots of the reviews that were published before being deleted in order to polish your image. Regarding my personal experience: disrespectful owner, pressure at the time of check-in, and an exorbitant tourist tax charged. Being alone, late at night, I felt forced to pay out of fear of not finding another accommodation for my visit to Darwin. The facts are there. The evidence too.

Great stay - clean , quiet , amazing pool and friendly staff

Great size rooms and very clean. The water pressure in the shower could’ve been better but adequate. Outstanding customer service. Nick was a legend. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thanks Nick!

Good location and clean

Very disappointed. Room had not been cleaned. Dirty bathroom, tissues left in bin, filthy floor, toothbrush left on top of shower, hairs on vanity and toilet. Side table with sticky glass rings, no top sheet, which is apparently normal for the hotel. Manager offered to change rooms but. no apology for the state of the room so changed accommodation. Several previous comments on poor hygiene of rooms, maybe management might like to address this ongoing issue. Confusion over hotels, as Heritage and H on Mitchell are owned by same corporation and you pick up keys from H on Mitchell. Overall very poor and wouldn’t recommend staying there until they sort their services

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Recently stayed and was very impressed with the customer service of the staff in accommodating myself and fellow travellers. Highly recommend. (Kimberlee Jackson)
