Daylesford Hotel

The ambience of Daylesford Hotel is lovely , and perfect for a friends night out with good drinks & delicious food. A few things tarnished the experience on Saturday night, One of our meals, a pizza, came out 10-15 before the rest of our meals . No acknowledgment / apology. This should have been coordinated better by the kitchens. The waiter was not overly polite / bordering on rude. The weekend surcharge was applied to the tip which we didn’t realise until afterwards, which is not ok as that should only be to the base price.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Daylesford Hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service from our waitress, Emily, was outstanding. Potato and pork sausage pizza was sensational. Waitress Lucia was the best

Best pizzas in town.

Great place to visit. Was very busy the day we visited but it was just the two of us so we were seated right away. We enjoyed the Roast of the day (beef, potatoes, carrots, peas and a Yorkshire pudding were Jus) it was delicious. We also had sticky date pudding, yum!, and pana cotta which was good but we weren't sure about the tea sorbet. Mascato and beer when down a treat too. Would recommend visiting when in the area.

Fabulous food! We had the beef pie, trout salad and the tomato salad. They sound like simple dishes but were made beautifully

Absolutely loved our stop at the Daylesford Hotel after a beautiful family day trip around Daylesford. The atmosphere was relaxed, warm and very welcoming, exactly what you want after exploring the area. We ordered plenty of food and everything came out fresh, tasty and generous in size. The staff were friendly and patient even though the place was busy. Great spot for families with kids, plenty of space and a nice country-town vibe. Sitting there with good food and a cold drink after walking around the lake made the whole day feel complete. Definitely one of the highlights of our Sunday trip and we’d happily visit again next time we’re in Daylesford!

Partner bubs and I Came for the Lavandula Farm beautiful place to walk and spend the day, to dinner after driving back and forth for 10 mins deciding which pub we wanted 1000% glad we chose this Pub beautiful scenery, great vibes and food was amazing 10/10 A massive appreciation to Darby who served us not only for the food but to hold and settle our little Scarlett while we ate , and she continue to work with her in the arms even while greeting customers. Thank you heaps Definitely will be coming back 👌🏻

We had dinner with our daughters in the back bar. We ordered off both the hotel and pizza menus and both were superb. The pepperoni and hot honey pizza was to die for! The vibe was perfect and our waitresses (Emily & Hudson) were just the best, so friendly and fun. Thanks for a fab night!
