The front desk lady was kind the housekeeper was really good and tidy our room to perfection everything is perfect the location the customer service 10 out of 10

Nice and tidy rooms, and very accessible location. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great, they even cleaned the room everyday when we were outside. 5/5

Recently stayed for dinner at the Emerald Hotel Potts point. Service was immaculate from.Verdios & Riley The food was absolutely sensational the assistance given by Riley and her choices and knowledge of the menu was exceptional and yet you’d only been here for three weeks. Very happy to work and smile and assist gym public. Verdos the name but had been here for a several years, very kind fellow and very very helpful. The food that is provided and the meals are sensational your taste buds just explode with flavours. I was extremely very impressed. Once again very well supported by the services provided from the kitchen to the table to the knowledge of the menu assistance given. I’m disabled I have a cane and I struggle but this was absolutely sensational place to stop and have a meal thank you very much.
