Hôtel Elphinstone Annexe

This hotel is amazing for stay. I was affordable and staff was friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade without asking for it. Overall amazing service. Note: Don’t miss the complimentary breakfast.Although menu is limited but very yumm!!

Was sceptical about this place by its outer look . But the rooms were super clean and the staff were very professional and helpful. The location is also good as it’s near to main markets like mangaldas market, Bhuleshwar market, Zaveri market , Crawford market etc . The eggs , toast with jam and butter, waffle, poha etc was a warm breakfast. Swiggy and Zomato is available for lunch and dinner This hotel does not provide dental kit so please don’t forget your tooth brush and paste .

All the services and facilities provided was worth the every penny charged. But the spotlight was the morning breakfast tea which was simply awesome 👍👍

Rooms are very small and prices are very high. No lift. Property on 1st floor. On road. Only breakfast available. No kitchen. You have to get food from outside

A wonderful property for a stay in Mumbai. Warm and courteous staff, comfortable beds with all amenities. Delightful breakfast too. Great location, will return 💯

The twin room is very small. Definitely go for the deluxe room. It is a bit of a strange one to review because if they didn't have the bar downstairs it would be an amazing place. The first night we stayed in a twin room on a Thursday night and the noise from the bar was really loud - even earplugs was not enough, I had to play music through my earphones to sleep. The room was also really tiny and barely any space for our bags. There is also noise each time a guest checks in. The next couple nights we stayed in a deluxe room on the opposite side of the hotel. There the noise was also really loud from the bar below. Also other guests always chill in the dining areas just outside the room and make quite a lot of noise. There are no signs to keep it down after a certain time. There is also light coming from the dining area into the room that doesn't go off. The staff are very friendly and helpful though. However as it is with the noise from the bar it becomes quite hard to sleep especially with the 3/4 rooms at the end - on both sides.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Though not fancy, you aren't paying for a 5 star experience. Don't let the exterior fool you, It was modern inside, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and varied. Beds were comfy, we had air con, and plenty of closet space. The only suggestion I had for them was towel holders in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.
