We had a pleasant stay here. It is very close to the main areas of visit. The staff is attentive and rooms are neat. The breakfast is complimentary and was quite tasty
I stayed here with a friend. The location being South Mumbai was excellent, the breakfast was good, the washroom was clean, the geyzer worked and the service was decent. However, we ended up with one of their regular rooms because the larger rooms weren't available. We initially thought we wouldn't spend much time in the room and for most part we didn't. We'd leave by 10 a.m. and return late at night. Even so, spending 8–12 hours a day there was uncomfortable. The room felt claustrophobic at times because it had no windows, not even one opening to the hallway. At times, we kept the door open to let some fresh air in.
The hotel's location and entrance are difficult to find. The stairs right after entering are steep, and I struggled with my heavy suitcase. The staff were very helpful and reassuring. There are quite a few rooms, and I think the room grades vary considerably. The room I stayed in was small, and the two single beds were inconvenient. Breakfast is substantial, but it's not automatically served; you need to order it, otherwise you'll only get simple options, so be careful.
Very good and clean hotel, Staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than check in time but still they provided room early and helped a lot.
