The only advantage of this hotel is its very cheap price for a 5-star hotel. In fact, during my time in Surabaya, this is the cheapest hotel I have ever visited. The room is also spacious and has a bathtub, but unfortunately the facilities are not complete, as if it were not a 5-star hotel. The lobby is small. The breakfast is just okay. The location is also good, close to Ciputra Mall, but honestly, compared to the one in Jogja, the one in Jogja is still better.

I'm a regular stayer here. The staff is incredibly friendly, the service is top-notch, and I think the location is strategically close to everything. The rooms at this hotel are very spacious, and all room types have bathtubs. The restaurant's food is also delicious. It's perfect for Javanese palates who love medhog (fried rice dishes). And the portions are generous. Highly recommended!
