Rooms and beds are not good. Very small lobby. Food is not particularly tasty. Evening does not recommend. No value for money. You pay for food and end up eating out. It is better to look for another hotel.

It's a shame there's no phone at the hotel to make an order. I'm not interested in ordering from an external company to take care of you.

For those who don't have a problem with a vacation with ants, you are welcome to this hotel. This is a hotel where even when you complain, the staff gives you the feeling that 'what's the problem, everything is fine, just let me go quietly' I got a room with a lot of dirt and hair and full of garbage under the beds, dampness on the ceiling. Not that I expected 5 stars, but there is no minimum of cleanliness!!! They skimp on towels. Beyond the location, there is nothing good there.

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend and the experience was good overall. It is a small and cozy boutique hotel with a homely atmosphere, and the reception staff is available 24/7, which is very convenient and gives a sense of security. The prices are fair and suitable for those looking for good value for money, especially for what you get. There is also a neat dining room and Friday meals, which adds to the atmosphere and makes it very easy for those who come to Shabbat. In conclusion, not a luxury hotel, but definitely a good, comfortable and affordable option for those looking for a cozy place without breaking the bank. Hi Happy Shavuot. We were looking in Eilat and it was fully booked and we decided to try the Ritz Boutique. From the outside it doesn't look like a hotel we are used to going to. The building is old. From the inside, the place is more renovated and pleasing to the eyes. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the mall facing the sea and the promenade. Convenient parking behind the hotel, there is also a back entrance to the mall from the parking lot. We enjoyed a clean and tidy room with a hot shower. The room has a refrigerator, a microwave, a large TV and excellent air conditioning. The room is relatively small but suited the type of entertainment we chose in the circumstances this time. The meals are nutritious and delicious without unnecessary frills, the dining room is a bit small but we didn't have to wait, the staff tries and the food is delicious. There is a free coffee corner in the lobby for those interested. The pool is relatively small. But the sea, which is so close, makes up for it in a big way compared to hotels that are further from the shore. The sea The price is fair for half board And of course it depends on what period you are arriving. If you don't expect a big hotel when you arrive with all the activities in it. Understand that the value is good for the price you paid. Thank you to the manager David, who we spoke with before we arrived at the hotel so that our expectations matched what was promised to us. We saw families with children there so it is a comfortable and economical solution compared to the insane prices in standard hotels. Adjust your expectations and you will enjoy much more than you will ultimately get.
