A high-energy choreography workshop designed by Maarika Freund for all levels & all bodies! Guaranteed to leave you smiling for days!

The soft(er) focus workshops are 90-minute contemporary jazz/hip-hop classes (imagine your favourite throw-back music video) where we dance to high-energy, nostalgic, feel-good songs. Known on the street as “the Britney class”, it's very beginner friendly & the focus is on the fun! The workshop’s choreography also shows up within the warm-up so that learning the routine feels easy & accessible.
While this workshop is geared to make dancing accessible to first-time dancers, if you have dance experience please don’t let that deter you from coming! The room is very high-energy, so you will leave feeling like you got your butt kicked and like you got your studio fix.
