Very high standard hotel The room is clean, the food is very high standard and delicious Room service 100 percent! You can see the Western Wall from the room Everything is clean and the waiter service is very fast and good attitude Very good welcome

The hotel is rated five stars deluxe, this rating is only coincidental and does not reflect the required level at all: very poor service level, very poor food and maybe 3 stars, the way hot drinks are served in the lobby in disposable cups (as I mentioned at a 3 star level), the impudence that we arrived on a weekend and they did not bother to tell us in the reservation that there is no spa and no business lounge. (The vacation was simply ruined), apparently the branding of the hotel and its location created a perception that the hotel is high-level, which is very far from being so. And the price you pay for the value you receive - light years away. It is a shame that they present the same presentation to customers!!! Disappointment!! I recommend the Inbal Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria which is right next door.

Amazing and very luxurious place

We asked to redeem vouchers for a massage that we received from our workplace and received disdainful treatment and a smear of months' worth of tax. It's really shameful and disgusting treatment. This is not the way for a hotel of this level. We are really disappointed!

Excellent location. Courteous service. Delicious food. Very expensive parking.

The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable rooms, good food, but I don't see any difference between it and the other hotels in Jerusalem that would justify the expensive price. Because Trump stayed here, do you have to pay 7,000 NIS for 2 nights on a weekend? Doesn't justify the price in my opinion.

I would have easily given the Citadel 5 stars. But there were maintenance issues with two of the four rooms that we booked. In rooms 604 (Alcove room) and 624, the showers were not functioning properly. In room 604 the shower did run hot enough to my liking and was only luke warm. In room 624 the shower head did not work at all and someone had to come and fix it. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, spacy and luxurious. The old city view was splendid. The staff service was over the top. The food was good. And the location is the best. I will be happy to return, but hopefully the next time there will be no plumbing issues.
