Heleni Malka Hotel Jerusalem (Anciennement Olive)

We arrived last night, the place is simply shocking. There is no connection between the photos that the place advertises and reality!! It just stings!! The rooms are dirty, the bedding is not clean at all! The smell in the room is terrible! You have to turn on the heater half an hour before you want to shower! There is no noise insulation, doors of a shekel and a half, you can hear the rooms around you! The owner of the place moved us from room to room, we saw three rooms and they were all the same! Not clean!! And do not match the advertisement at all! When we decided that we could not sleep in this crazy place, the owner of the place rudely demanded that we return the key, followed us to the car, threatened to call the police when we explained to him that we had paid by tomorrow at 11:00. You are not interested in compensating him in any amount, so tomorrow at 11:00 you will receive the key. Do not go near the place, it is simply crazy to add another 300 shekels and go to a normal and clean hotel.

I booked through Booking. I saw pictures of magical rooms and the hotel got a very high score! Without a doubt, the photographer should get a bonus! There is no connection between the photography and reality. A neglected lobby, towels on the floor to absorb rainwater instead of the water. Corridors with the smell of smoking and disgusting black rubber at each end, I don't know why... And the room, instead of showing a magical room made of Jerusalem stone, we got a neglected, frozen matchbox, a weak air conditioner that took a few long minutes to produce heat (we sat on the bed with coats because the room was cold.) The hot water is hanging from the boiler (probably very small, because after a few minutes it ran out) A bad, bad, bad experience. We went out to the restaurant and simply said that after the meal we would return to the hotel, fold up and go home at night. The clerk who saw that the room had been our request for 3 hours, didn't even ask what happened. It seemed like he was used to the situation.... A shame of a hotel. You are not allowed to go there!

I was with my partner, a nice, warm hotel. Lovely manager, gave us recommendations on sites we should visit. Highly recommend.

We arrived as a couple for one night and really enjoyed it There is everything you need in the room, everything was clean and the service was excellent. Everything we needed and every question we had we called and answered politely. There are not too many extras - let's say there was only Yes and no other channels, and there were no toiletries, etc. but it is quite in line with the price... In terms of what was there - everything was really of a high standard and satisfactory and the location is crazy of course Recommended!
