I didn't use the hotel. I used the cafe, but the service was terrible. They didn't say anything unless I asked. They seemed listless and spoke softly. They should have confirmed if it was my first time and given a brief explanation of the system. There were people using laptops in a visible area, both men and women, with their elbows on the table and not even saying "welcome." Were they doing it reluctantly, or had something bad happened in their personal lives? Their bad mood was palpable throughout. The silverware on the table was dirty... When I tried to buy bread on my way out, I called out "excuse me," but even though the blonde staff member noticed me behind her, she kept rearranging the bread. I couldn't get any, so I waited, but instead of refilling the bread, she just kept rearranging it in a way I couldn't understand. I was seriously worried. The other staff members noticed but didn't say anything either. I was genuinely concerned. And the blonde staff member didn't even say "excuse me." Maybe it was some kind of harassment? Could you please vent your frustrations elsewhere? This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me, and I was shocked. It's so delicious!!! What a waste!!! I want to use it again, so I hope they improve it!!! It's so delicious!!!

Good location, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. Friendly and professional staff. Spacious and reasonably clean room.

It was a very relaxing space 😌 Perhaps because it was a collaboration, the counter and interior design were very stylish.

I stayed 7 nights and they only cleaned once. Very unacceptable. This is an unprofessional little hotel. They don't treat guests with respect. I had to cooperate with their cleaning schedule and garbage sorting. They severely lacked the basic professionalism and attitude expected of a service industry establishment.

Near Fudomae Station The first floor is a cafe called Ordy, specializing in bread. It's clean and has a nice atmosphere, with minimal clutter. It feels like a friend's house with a lovely, European countryside vibe. There are two double beds and a nice bench sofa. There's a Family Mart nearby, but don't expect much from restaurants. Drawbacks include the lack of a bath mat and limited towels. Amenities are minimal, with Kracie products and light blue toothpaste. Self-sorting of trash is required. Beds aren't made if you stay multiple nights. In short, it's too systematized and efficient, so you can't expect the kind of service you'd expect from a hotel. And yet, the prices are on the high side. So, it's a challenge for discerning guests. This is geared toward inbound tourists.
