The room is small

It's a good hotel to stay at any time

I realized I'd left something behind (clothes) after checking out and called, but they said it hadn't been reported. I was certain I'd left it in the room, but they said it wasn't there. There must be thieves in this hotel! It was the worst travel memory I've ever had. After reading this post, it would be wiser to switch to a different business hotel.

The room was dirty and the view was obstructed by a wall, which was a negative point. The location was convenient as it suited my purpose for this trip.

The room was clean. The cleaning was done properly. Otherwise, it was a typical business hotel. The service was good. The only slight complaint was the parking.

Recently renovated? It was very clean. I arrived a little earlier than check-in time and was shown to my room. The explanation of the amenities was thorough and easy to understand. There was a wide variety of amenities. I especially liked the tea and coffee; they were delicious. It was easy to get to from Fushimi Station.

The daily towel service, temperature control lever, and maintenance were comfortable. The pillow service provided in the lobby also helped alleviate neck pain. The downside was that noise from the hallway was easily heard in the room, and since it is located right in front of the road, it was a bit noisy on Friday nights.
