The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The superior family room is very clean. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!

When I went there I was very tired for driving, I believe I was little rude with the receptionist however they treat me very well, they always answer me super politely, everyone was exceptional. This hotel is brand new, everything looks clean and almost unused. The hotel is at the 7th floor and at the 1st floor there are restaurant and cafes. It was a very nice experience

It was perfect for a large group. It was very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay there again.

Overall, I thought it was good. However, the floor in front of the sofa was wet for some reason. Since it's a carpeted floor, the staff might not have noticed it during cleaning, but I was a little uncomfortable because I didn't know what kind of liquid it was. Also, there were no toothbrushes. It seemed like they were available for purchase at the front desk, but at 200 yen each, I thought it was a bit expensive. Other than that, I was satisfied.

I liked the food court on the 1st floor, but the hotel floor was on the 7th floor with a great view, and the staff were very helpful. Instead of a TV, they had a huge projector, which was fun. It was stylish and clean, and the room key was a revolutionary Suica (smartphone OK). I would like to stay again.

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Tsurumai Station on various train lines. It's located on the 7th floor of STATION Ai, making it convenient after attending an event there. The facilities are adequate... however, those accustomed to staying in business hotels might not feel that way, so it's a good idea to check the facilities and amenities on the hotel's website beforehand.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. They have a nice area to get a cocktail and some lite food with a great city view. Only thing that didn't always go as planned was getting to the Hotel from the Nagoya Train Station, seemed like most of the cab drivers don't know Min Station AI's location so it was good to have google maps on your phone to show them where to go. But overall our stay was very pleasent.

The room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were also excellent, and I was impressed by how flexibly they reviewed their facility design and operations in response to changing guest needs.

We stayed for two nights with our family of five. The room was very clean and tidy, making for a very pleasant stay. It was very quiet at night, with no unpleasant noises whatsoever, allowing us to rest well. The convenience store located in front of the elevator on the first floor was incredibly convenient; we had no trouble buying small items or late-night snacks. It was also relatively close to the station, which was helpful in terms of access. We were told that room cleaning is only done for stays of seven nights or longer. While this isn't a problem in itself, we felt it would be even more comfortable if there was a vacuum cleaner or something like a Swiffer in the room. Hair and other debris inevitably fell on the floor in the changing area in front of the shower, so we had to pick it up by hand. Pre-check-in is available, allowing for a smooth entry into the room. Also, the fact that they hold luggage until 5 PM after check-out is a big plus. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would like to use this hotel again with our family.

Terrible service! Room was really dirty! Location was not bad. This lady thought I booked room 706 and thought I was a different person. The person that booked 706, booked a small room and I couldn’t fit my luggages in a small room. So I booked a big room. But i was actually 715. When I told the lady my name. So yeah she was stupid. The room was so dirty! There were lots of hairs sticking out of the bathroom. And also there was a cracked wall! When I saw the table it looked like bird poo! This hotel is not worth it! There was also a crack on the ladder! There was also a family mart. I guess that’s convenient. Theres also a soccer pitch. Make sure to not trip on the stairs. Theres also nice parking. On the 1st floor they have a cafe.

The room was generally clean and tidy, and I had no complaints.
