Itos Ebisu

There's not much to say, I enjoyed the days I spent there.

The booking and check-in process was far too complicated, and it took an incredibly long time to get into my room. Contacting customer support was also difficult due to the poor support system, which made the process very stressful. I will definitely not use this hotel again.

I booked a room here accidentally, because the app gave me the wrong address and I wanted to stay in other city, so I didn’t sleep in this hotel. I asked them for a refund, (I knew their policy of refund). They didn’t refund the money back after several messages. I understand that “was my fault” but they are no flexible, they don’t take care of their possible future guests. Watch out before you book here a room. I had some other problems in other hotels with the same policy of refund, and they refunded me back the money without a problem. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The building and rooms were both very clean. Dogs are welcome. The amenities and supplies were well-stocked, so there were no problems. The location is excellent, close to both Ebisu Station and Garden Place, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's a little off the main street, but Google Maps gives the correct directions, so it's fine. The check-in process was different from the confirmation email; you have to go directly to the room door and enter the PIN number into the electronic lock, which was confusing, and other guests were also having trouble with the terminal at the building entrance. Also, it would be nice if the TV was a little bigger. It's dog-friendly, and the price is reasonable considering the location and facilities, so I would definitely like to use it again.

I used this place during my temporary quarantine after returning to Japan, and it was a quiet place. However, there were restrictions on restaurants and other establishments, so it didn't have the usual vibrancy. Once the COVID-19 situation calms down, I'd like to go for some Ebisu beer, so I'd like to use it again.

Great little studio apartment. Everything was very clean and new, and there was lots of helpful little touches (eg. laundry net bag for your washing, pet bowls for your pet staying with you). About a 10min walk to Ebisu Station.
