Love this Place! Great Room, Location and Amenities, but the Staff were awesome! Service to the Rooms very quick. Thank you Guys.

Whilst I have not stayed at the hotel in Wellington personally, I wanted to share my experience of recent communication with staff there as I feel it is worth talking about. My daughter-in-law booked a 4 night stay a week ago to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. I contacted hotel staff via email a few days before their arrival to try and arrange a bottle of fizz and a cake as a surprise for when they arrived. As I live in the UK, I had anticipated a delay in receiving a response due to the time difference, however the duty assistant manager responded almost immediately and without hesitation said no problem, they would arrange this for me and add in a card and some complimentary chocolates. There were a few further emails exchanged with 2 additional members of staff to make the necessary arrangements for me. My son and daughter-in-law arrived at the hotel to a beautiful cake, bottle of prosecco, some handmade chocolates and a card with their compliments. The staff could not have been more polite, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to the staff, it certainly contributed to make my son's birthday special. Thank you! P.S. I do happen to know that they both had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Stayed recently was in Wellington for a work. Was served by Michael at the front desk, lovely guy really helped me out with getting around the city with a map. Even went to the effort of recommending hot spots around town and was always very friendly. Thanks for the stay! Would come back :)

We stayed last week for a conference. I could not say enough about how excellent the staff were specifically Angus who helped us with our broken down car. The man at the front desk was also fantastic. The rooms were great and the food was delicious.

Exceptional service from Angus and the rest of the team. Went over and above when our group had car troubles during our stay. Thank you. Can't recommend this team enough!

Room could use a deep clean. There was dust caked on the AC vent and in the bathroom floor drain. There was a drain inside the shower and one outside, most of the water drained outside of the shower unless you stood against the wall and because the outside drain was caked up, the water pooled and you had to stand in water after exiting the shower. Walls were very thin. I would have changed hotels if it had not been such a short stay. The lobby smelled like my grandmother. Not bad, just that typical strong perfume that elderly women tend to use, and a hint of mothballs.

Been there for food but it wasn't as expected though expensive

I stayed at the QT hotel Wellington with a tour group and would not choose this hotel. The staff were nice but not overly friendly. The art work was not appropriate, naked ladies all over. Traveling with kids this is not OK with me. The bacon was not cooked all the way, and the fruit was not ripe at breakfast. Its close to some attractions so that's the only pro.
