I should have read the reviews before going there. Like, huhuhu! What an experience! The moment I came in, it was already scary. Not a relaxing place. Receptionist not so polite, not accomodating at all. It's like, just give me the massage fee and that's it. No more giving of instructions. She should have felt how scared I was the moment I came in. The assigned Massage therapist was like she was not happy with what she's doing. She would push the masage bed like she was mad or what, not in the mood maybe. Would drop the massage lotion on your legs like grrrrr, not gentle at all. The masage was like she was just rubbing my skin. Plus, it was I think for female area only but you could hear males having massage too with only curtains in between. My first and last of course in watermelon spa. Never again in that place!

I agree with the other reviews: absolutely avoid. Terrible place, cold, dirty. Incompetent masseuse, always repeating the same motion, sometimes with only one hand because she was busy texting on the phone!!!!! Never again.

I had a very relaxing experience at Watermelon Health Spa and Sauna. The place has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, which makes it perfect for unwinding and relieving stress. The spa is clean and well maintained, and the facilities are organized nicely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the therapist did a great job with the massage, applying the right amount of pressure to help relieve muscle tension. I also enjoyed the sauna, which added to the overall relaxing experience. Overall, the service was satisfying and the environment felt very peaceful. I would definitely consider coming back again for another relaxing session.

Avoid at all costs. Group of 8 went in and everyone came out feeling uncomfortable after women were sexually assaulted and the men were persistently offered sex services.

My therapist demonstrated professionalism and good technique. Pressure was appropriate, communication was clear, and the session helped relieve muscle tension. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I like it. My therapist was great. Highly recommend the scrub or watermelon one.

Was good. Was some waiting time - but all and all is great. But your exp may depends on the therapist.

Filthy & cramped spa. The comfort room is disgusting. The massage was 1/5. I kept telling the therapist to do harder but nah, he was just rubbing my skin. There was no proper technique and the massage was uneven, with some areas worked on one side but not the other. I paid for 90 minutes but was not satisfied at all and had to get another massage the next day.

The therapist doesn't care if you keep using your cell phone, the other one doesn't even know how to massage you, it's just to relax, it's not because you're sleeping, the cell phone still has a massage, it's just a touch, a touch, they just talk slowly to make you feel better, especially your name is og sai, your service is very worst!!

I was actually hopeful when we first entered because the interior design looked cozy and the receptionist was enthusiastic. Sadly, everything went downhill from there. There were three of us, and right from the start, two of my companions had to share a towel after their feet were washed. That already gave me a bad feeling but I didn’t complain because I was thankful this business is still operating as usual after the typhoon. When we were ushered into the massage room, it was weirdly lit with red lights, and the massage bed reeked, it was honestly so bad. Then Careless Whisper started playing; I thought it was a one-time mistake, but it went on and on until I realized their entire playlist was jazz and saxophone-heavy. Don’t get me wrong, I love that genre — but in a spa where you’re supposed to relax, this was completely inappropriate. I even asked my therapist if they could change the music, but she came back saying they couldn’t because it was “set on a USB.” What the heck?! The music felt like it was piercing through my skull. It was impossible to relax. I was seriously contemplating leaving even without asking for a refund (since you’re required to pay before the massage starts), but I didn’t want to ruin my companions’ experience, so I just kept going even though I was so restless the entire time. To make things worse, the therapists were talking loudly, and I could hear others yelling outside the room, calling out to other therapists llike “Yanna.” One guy even started singing, saying “sabak ka diri.” How can anyone unwind in that kind of environment? The layout made no sense! The shower area was right where the massage rooms were, separated only by curtains, so you could clearly hear other customers showering. It’s like there was zero thought put into customer comfort. And this isn’t even a cheap place where you’d expect such low standards. Overall, a total letdown. I wanted to relax but left more stressed than when I arrived.
