AYO AYO Wellness is listed in our directory as a gay sauna and wellness venue on Emilio Osmeña Street in Cebu City. We do not have confirmed details on its facilities, opening hours or entry prices, and the name could also point to a massage-style spa, so call ahead on the listed number before making a trip. It has a solid Google rating from a couple of hundred reviews, which suggests it is active. As with any sauna or massage venue in the Philippines, keep valuables in a locker, agree on any service price up front, and be cautious about meeting strangers off apps.

This is the only sauna I recommend in Cebu! It has a cozy, homey atmosphere, like a converted private home, and offers a sauna experience where you forget the passage of time in tranquility. This relaxed vibe perfectly suits the Cebu atmosphere, making it incredibly relaxing. It's a mixed-gender sauna, so please bring your swimsuit. Large and small towels are available for rent at the front desk. Lockers and hairdryers are provided. Thank you!

This was where I had my first sauna experience, and it completely changed how I saw saunas. I used to think they were just places for rich people to hang out 😅, but I’ve learned there are real benefits. For me, one of the biggest is getting a good rest after a proper sauna session. This place is one of the best and most affordable spots to try it. Even the food is great. I highly recommend the empanadas and gyozas. I’d also recommend this place to athletes, people who struggle with sleep, or anyone thinking about getting into saunas.

This place makes me feel like time slows down, especially when I’m inside their sauna. The ambiance, staff, and overall service are all top-notch. Such a relaxing and well-curated experience every time. Hoping you open a branch in Mandaue someday 😭

We used to consider this our go-to sauna spot before moving overseas, so when we came back for a vacation, visiting again was a must. We also heard they had expanded and were now offering a private sauna for up to 5 people (around ₱3600), which sounded perfect for our group. Since we already had a great experience with their public sauna before, we decided to try the private one, expecting it to comfortably fit 5 people. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed. The sauna itself was *very* small—it could realistically only fit 2 people, maybe 3 if you don’t mind squeezing in (and not comfortably at all). Bali puli puli diay hahaha lol. On top of that, the cold plunge was not cold—it felt more like regular pool water, which kind of defeats the purpose of the whole hot-and-cold experience. Overall, the private sauna just didn’t feel worth the price if more than 3 mo. But if gusto rakag picture2 and for the experience ra, okay ra siya. In hindsight, we should have just booked the public sauna again since we already knew it was good. Hoping they improve the private setup to better match expectations.

I can confirm this is a good sauna. The temperature is properly high (90 deg Celsius, mondays is 100). The cold plunge pool is great and continuously refiltered. I was not bothered, could just enjoy my relax sauna time in peace.

For Japanese people, this is definitely the best sauna in Cebu! If you want to enjoy the sauna at your own pace, there is also a private sauna, so be sure to check it out! After the sauna, a cold bath, followed by a banana smoothie will be the happiest moment of the day!
