Excellent hotel, clean and tidy with crazy service awareness. Best value for money. Far from the center but easy to travel.

Great view and great food.

The pool saves the rating... The pool and the upper area with its incredibly beautiful view and breathtaking sunsets compensate for the condition of the room. Unfortunately, our room had a leak in the ceiling, and overall, the room seemed a bit dated/run-down. The bathroom, the ceiling, and the outdoor area in front of the room are in dire need of renovation. In our opinion, the breakfast was mediocre; for the price, there's definitely room for improvement. Regarding the service and helpfulness of the staff, we can only say positive things – the receptionist and the security guard were extremely friendly and very attentive.

We had the buffet dinner here at sunset. Bit of a lively scene as so many people come here to take pics for their social media. The view is stunning and the food was good. I really enjoyed the salads: potato, coleslaw, Waldorf. Great spot. I just wouldn’t describe it as magical because so many people coming and going - feels a bit chaotic.

We availed their buffet access and were honestly very disappointed. The food was dry and lacked flavor. We tried to make the most out of what we paid, but it was hard to enjoy anything. On top of that, they charge an additional 10% service charge per person, which felt completely unjustified given the quality of the food, also is this even allowed? Even with the nice views, this experience was not worth it at all. I wouldn’t recommend the buffet, you’re much better off getting the pool access instead for day tour.

This hotel is not recommended! At first glance, the great view made a relatively good impression. However, the impression deteriorated significantly on the way to the room. The entire property is quite run-down. The chairs on the terrace were broken, and the doors in the room didn't close properly, allowing animals to enter at any time. The bathroom was filthy. Overall, the room gave a very run-down impression. Based on previous Google reviews, we inspected the bed more closely upon arrival. We found bed bugs under the pillows. The reception staff only offered to clean the room again, which, in my opinion, would be pointless since there were bed bugs in the bed frame! Therefore, we immediately decided (at noon) not to stay in that bed! There was no apology for the inconvenience; on the contrary, the staff became even more unfriendly. We rented a scooter from the hotel to find alternative accommodation. The scooter's brakes weren't working properly, which didn't exactly improve the situation. We spent the whole day looking for a new hotel, as most were already fully booked due to the peak season. In the end, we were also charged the full price for the first night because we spent about 20 minutes in the room at midday (after arriving). We were assured that management would contact us by email. To this day, we haven't received a message. I would absolutely not book here. They're just resting on their laurels with Instagram pictures and TikTok videos. Guest satisfaction and the condition of the property are secondary concerns!

Came for the day pass, it was advertised as 1500 peso but then added on 10% on top of that when we got there. It said towels were included but we didn’t have a towel for the first hour or two as none were available. You got a meal and a drink included with the price. Half the food we got was really nice, the chicken and fish but the sushi we got was very strange and had no rice in it, it wasn’t really sushi. There also isn’t much food for vegetarians. Lots of people using the sun beds were all spread out, using one bed per person when they were double beds, so we couldn’t all be near each other. Some of the beds with the retractable hoods were broken. The pool was really nice but has a weird stoney surface around the edge and also on the steps which hurts when you walk on it. The views were amazing though and made up for it.

The overall atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing, making it an ideal place to relax and recharge. The staffs were incredibly warm and attentive. From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

The place is incredibly beautiful, especially at sunset. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. We celebrated our 10th anniversary here, and everything was absolutely perfect. The food was also delicious❤️

Amazing view and location, it's worth it to stay here just for spending time at the pool and being that close to the amazing vanilla beach! Very nice atmosphere, clean rooms and friendly service. We are especially grateful to Jerry at the bar, made us feel like we've been friends for a while and it made everything more familar and a good time. All the best to you and the team
