The place has been recently renovated, and the spa feels much more premium now, on par with many of the newer and flashier spas that have opened in recent years. The pricing is fair for what you get, and the crowd is generally a good mix, with more attractive patrons than not. The main area that could still use improvement is the massage itself. The routine feels fairly standard, and the quality can be hit or miss depending on the therapist. Overall, it’s a solid option with upgraded facilities, but the massage experience lacks the consistency needed to match the spa’s improved ambiance.

It's said to have been renovated but when the spa was re-launched there was no pool. There was no labyrinth. Jusko at this spa, no matter when the attack is a loser. Even the massage with thera juicecolored! Whispering is better than a proper massage. Second and third chances are not worth it I guess.

The management should Train their massage therapist to give their correct and precise name when a customer ask. Never give a name that is not an employee of Alpha. It is disappointing and very unprofessional gesture towards a customer. They gave me a name kiro and joebert, and in my surprise when I entered in massage room, these 2 names is not available, in other words there’s no employee mentioned above. Mr. John my therapist was also shocked when I mentioned those names if they are available . He replied, we don’t have this name sir in this establishment. I felt embarrassed seriously, since I want a therapist who is slim or skinny, because I want a moderate massage not the hard one. I have no bad intentions or request like extra service involved. So again, at least give me your correct nickname or alias not unknown name. So the next time I visit, I could remember your name. Bad experience, not recommended.

This review is to raise a serious concern regarding an incident that happened to my partner during his visit last night. Despite clearly saying no and physically signaling for the person to stop, the individual continued touching him and following him. This behavior was alarming and unacceptable. Going to a spa (sauna, steam room, or any area) is not an invitation for harassment. Guests come for health, relaxation, and well-being, and everyone deserves to feel safe and respected. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, strengthens their policies, and ensures that all guests are protected from inappropriate behavior. No one should have to feel unsafe in a place meant for relaxation.

Went to Alpha Morato late Saturday night and holiday season not too many people. Both steam rooms were broken. No hot showers. No foam in the pool. No decent speakers while someone was playing music. My locker was not called for 20 minutes. If I don't follow up, nothing will happen. Alpha has been abandoned. Facilities and service have deteriorated so it is no longer visited. Once a decent go-to spa. Better visit T, IS Cubao or RWellness.

Visit this place to reward myself for my birthmonth at 1am pahabol sa oras kasi sila until 3am , They discount me for 10% its fine . my bracelet locker key always gets lost lag many times because it's loose. Until it's gone and no one surrenders and I didn't see it. Reception answer me that no one surrenders so I was charged 500 pesos ok my fault. During massage.. the masseur is so rude I said I should get the double men masseur special massage because the masseur is tired if he's alone. Because it's 3am and I'm the last call. He's also all talk and his massage is not good. Never again alpha main.
