Infinity Spa - Fairview

The place was truly nice, one of those experiences where you learn to expect the unexpected. At first, I honestly thought the Fairview branch would have a much wider and more spacious area, but it turned out to be a bit more compact than I imagined. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The staff were generally kind and accommodating, though you could sense that a few of them were a bit tired or slightly annoyed at times 🤣😁, which is understandable in a busy place. What really stood out for me was the massage. It was absolutely extraordinary. My massage therapist, Jasper, delivered one of the best and most legit massages I’ve ever had. His technique was impressive, firm, precise, and very relaxing at the same time. I highly recommend trying his combi massage with ventosa; you can really feel the difference in how skilled he is. Of course, everyone has their own preference when it comes to massages, but for me, he definitely set a high standard 😁🥰. Another nice touch is that if you get hungry, there’s a restaurant located downstairs on the first floor. It’s super convenient, and I highly suggest trying their halo-halo, it has a unique flavor that makes it stand out from the usual versions you find elsewhere. The wet area, I’ll admit, is a bit narrow and quite dim 🤗😂, though some people might actually prefer that kind of relaxing, low-light atmosphere. I even had a funny moment there, I was a bit clueless when using the shower at first, and I ended up bringing my phone inside just to figure out how to switch it on and off 🤗🥰😁. Not my proudest moment, but I managed! The sauna and steam room were both great additions to the experience, perfect for unwinding even more after the massage. Overall, despite a few small quirks, it was a memorable and relaxing visit. I’d definitely come back again, especially if I happen to be in the area. I also noticed there’s a nearby park, which I’m curious to explore next time. Hopefully, I’ll get to visit again soon and enjoy everything all over again 🥰.

Always, as in always, all their therapists are the same.. they don't finish the time you paid for. Example, you took 80 mins, and it was done in 50 mins. Where is the 30 mins? This is the culture of Infinity so I don't really go there unlike a few years back. I raised this with management a few years back but it seems they did nothing because until now the service has been the same. Not just for me but for everyone I talked to.
