Normally, when going to Bangkok, I always stay here. When I moved to live in the province, I got to go there rarely. When I went to inform the staff that 2 adults and 2 children in one room can stay for one night, the staff said they couldn't accept it, only 2 people per room can stay. So I asked why in the past they had always been able to stay here. The staff replied that they didn't know, the previous staff probably didn't know anything. We were not okay with that at all. The staff spoke in a curt tone, not impressive. So we left the resort and went to stay in a room at the beginning of the alley called se home. The staff provided very good service, spoke nicely, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Very impressed. We informed them if 2 adults and 2 children could stay. They said yes, no problem. I recommend staying at HP home, at the entrance of Soi Sai Mai 31. The service is very good.

The room was clean and the service was good. I paid a lot for the room, over 900 baht, but my friend only brought some things for 10-15 minutes and they wouldn't let him in or go up. When I asked about it, they wanted to charge an extra 400 baht per person. That's unacceptable. Terrible experience.

The place is nice, the atmosphere is great, BUT!!! Please improve the mosquito problem. There are so many mosquitoes, it's like sleeping here swatting mosquitoes. I've swatted dozens and they still aren't gone. Please spray for mosquitoes; it really ruins the atmosphere. Other than that, everything is excellent.

The hotel is nice, and I truly appreciate both the place and the staff—I even extended my stay. While it’s not very close to the city center, it’s just a 10-minute ride to the BTS station, making it convenient to access the city via train. It’s also located near DMK Airport, about a 20 to 25-minute drive, if I’m not mistaken, and the rooms are kept very clean. The place is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet it’s cozy and comfortable, which I didn’t mind at all. I find it relaxing, and in my opinion, it’s well worth the money to stay here.

The room was very clean, like staying in the countryside but located in Sai Mai. It's not far and also close to the airport. The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.
