The Experience Walking Street : Green Cultural Boutique Hotel Concept

It's a charming boutique hotel located in a very lively area, near many temples, and on Sundays there's the Walking Street, a huge market where you can find just about anything. The staff is lovely, smiling, and attentive. The room and bed are very large, and the breakfast is decent, though not exceptional. A wonderful experience! 🌹🌹

So the hotel was nice and facilities of the room were fine, but unfortunately my room had a window which backed onto another building a few cm away, so no natural light. The staff were very friendly

For a budget stay in Chiang Mai this place is great, walking distance of local sunday night market. Passed expecting and glad to have stayed hear

Great location. Right in the center. We stayed here during Songran. Everything was within easy reach. Breakfast and room were very good. We'll definitely come back.

Everyone is attentive and helpful with reservations, tours, and transportation. The location is excellent; we arrived on Sunday and the market in front of the hotel is perfect. Sensational. And we do everything on foot. I highly recommend it.

The bed is good, the room is very clean, the bathroom is large and has an electric toilet. The staff are great and give lots of tips for sightseeing. It's very well located, with everything nearby. The breakfast is tasty, but it's not an all-you-can-eat buffet; you can only choose 2 options from the menu.

Top notch location, really nice staff. Breakfast was terrible. Room was good, but bathroom smelled of sewage and found 2 roaches in the room. We booked 2 rooms that were adjoined. My parents room was clean and in decent shape, however my room had half alive roach and a small dead one in shower. Was not the cleanest and the smell did not disappear even after 3 nights. Staff was really nice and we walked around everywhere. Staff booked the best elephant tour for me and packed us breakfast for when we checked out due to an early flight.

This is a typical small hotel. The rooms are simply decorated, without any particularly fancy design. They weren't newly renovated, but they were still very clean. We stayed here for six nights, and everything was great. The beds were a good balance of firmness and softness, although the pillows were a bit too soft. The comforters were standard thin blankets, but they weren't cold at night. The downside was the air conditioning. Even with the temperature turned up and the fan speed reduced, the noise from the vents was still very loud, like the volume of a large, old electric fan. This noise was especially disruptive at night, making it difficult to fall asleep. Light sleepers might experience some sleep quality issues. The hotel's location is excellent, less than 50 meters from the Three Kings Monument. It's also conveniently located within the weekend night market area, right at its starting point. Every Sunday, you can start exploring the night market as soon as you leave the hotel, which is a fun experience.

Good hotel in a great location. Lots of things within walking. Hotel restaurant food was good. Bed was a bit firm but I got used to it, better than prior hotel in Bangkok. They offer free parking in a lot across the street. Only down side was no cocktails per their menu online. If I understand correctly, only on certain days. I would stay here again. Wish we stayed for the Sunday street market. Sounds like it's right out front of hotel.
